Hello, I’m Helen Cross.
I am the author of novels, stories, audio dramas and screenplays. I teach creative writing at leading universities and on my own online courses.
My latest work is Mrs Robinson, a story in five parts to be broadcast on BBC Radio 4 from 15 September 2025. It is about the affair Branwell Bronte had with his employer, told from her perspective.
